Delete your account

In the app. Open Settings, tap Delete account, and confirm with your password. Your account is removed immediately.

What gets deleted. Everything tied to your account is permanently and immediately erased: your profile (email, username, display name), all learning progress (streaks, XP, quests, lesson history), content you created (comments, good deeds, mentor notes), your subscriptions and entitlements, and your notification tokens. Deletion cascades across our database, so none of it is recoverable.

What we keep. Only records we're legally required to retain, such as payment and tax records held by our processors (Stripe and Paystack). These contain no learning activity and are removed once the retention period required by law has passed.

Delete from this page. If you can't access the app, sign in below to permanently delete your account and all of its data.
